Spain’s National Library is reopening the exhibition ‘Sueño e ingenio. Libros de ingeniería civil: del Renacimiento a las Luces’ [Dreams and ingenuity, civil engineering books from the Renaissance to the Enlightenment]. Organised jointly with Fundación Juanelo Turriano, the showing will be open to the public from 22 June through 27 September.

Sunday and holidays, closed

Hall capacity has been limited to 16 visitors

The deadline for registering as a speaker at the 47^th edition of the ICOHTEC Conference is 26 June. Entitled A History of Technology for an Age of Crisis, the event will be held online on 15 to 17 July.

The Turriano ICOHTEC Prize 2020 awards ceremony will be held on 17 July.

At the end of each school year, the students at Toledo’s Juanelo Turriano Secondary School with the highest academic achievement are granted a Fundación Juanelo Turriano book allowance. This year the diplomas will be handed to each student individually to comply with public health measures.

The awards ceremony for the 15^th yearly edition of the Juanelo Turriano Prize for professional ingenuity has also been postponed. A video featuring the fourteen previous winners has been produced in its stead.
