The personal data the User provides over the FJT Website, whose controller is FJT (VAT number G-78544558; address C/Zurbano 41, 1ª planta 28010 Madrid; phone 91 531 30 05; e-mail fundacion@juaneloturriano.com), is processed pursuant to prevailing data protection legislation. Unless otherwise indicated on the FJT Website forms requesting the User's data, personal data are collected and processed solely for the purpose of managing any inquiries or requests the User submits to FJT over the FJT website. The data the User is asked to provide on the forms are mandatory unless the form indicates otherwise. Should the User fail to provide mandatory data on request, FJT will be unable to process the form.

The main purposes of the personal data provided on each form are:

• Data on inquiry applicants and library users: These data are processed exclusively to answer the inquiry or provide access to FJT library services. In no case will the newsletter be sent unless the User subscribes.
• Subscriber data. These data are processed to send regular information about the Foundation’s activities and services and invitations to events and lectures.
• Course subscriber data: These data are processed to register course subscribers, issue attendance certificates and assign credit for completed course.
• Grant and prize candidate data: These data are processed in the screening processes applied to job applications, PhD thesis grant applications and submissions for prizes.
  
• Donor data: These data are processed to comply with the Foundation’s legal obligations, such as tax statements and certificates.
  
• Speaker and contributor data: These data are processed to comply with legal obligations and to issue certificates acknowledging services rendered.
  
• Book sales data: These data are processed for book invoicing and shipping.
