The Jorge Soler Valencia collection of industrial heritage drawings is now available on our website.

In deposit at Fundación Juanelo Turriano under digitisation and custody arrangements, the collection comprises 200 original drawings and 400 photographs.

Industrial heritage expert Jorge Miguel Soler Valencia (1955-2016) received the García-Diego International Prize in its second edition and collaborated with the foundation in reconstructing the Royal Mint Museum at Segovia.

Abstracts are being accepted through 21 September for the Twelfth Spanish Symposium on Dams, organised by the Comité Nacional Español de Grandes Presas (SPANCOLD, national committee on large dams) to be held on the island of Gran Canaria from 1 to 5 March 2021.
